- Web Hosting Fees are non-refundable.
- Your account will be part of Creative Link LLC's web hosting account with its contracted hosting company.
- Server downtimes are expected every month due to various reasons including but not limited to server maintenance. Creative Link LLC and its contracted hosting company will do its best to provide as much uptime as possible. Services are provided as-is, as available, and with all faults. Creative Link LLC nor its contracted hosting company make no warranties of any kind.
- In no event shall Creative Link LLC or its contracted hosting company have any liability to customer for any damages or losses claimed by customer due to service interruptions or other reasons related to the services provided.
- While Creative Link LLC's contracted hosting company provides regular backups, there is no guarantee that the backup will work properly and that the content will be completely recovered or formatted properly. Customer is solely responsible for keeping a separate backup of any data that customer does not want to lose.
